Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PromptFlow Chrome extension and related services ("Service") operated by PromptFlow ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using PromptFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

PromptFlow is a Chrome browser extension that provides real-time prompt quality scoring and AI-powered prompt improvement for use on supported platforms, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Claude.

The Service includes:

• Prompt Scoring — real-time analysis of your prompt quality, presented as a score from 0 to 100.
• Prompt Improvement — AI-powered rewriting of your prompts to improve clarity, specificity, and effectiveness, available in Standard and Pro modes.
• One-click Apply — the ability to apply an improved prompt directly into the input field of a supported site.

2. Account Registration

To use PromptFlow, you must sign in using your Google account via Google OAuth 2.0. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (email address, display name, and profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account.
• All activity that occurs under your PromptFlow account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You may only create and use one PromptFlow account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits or abuse the service is prohibited.

3. Credits System

3.1 Credit Packs

Prompt improvements beyond the free daily allowance require credits. Credits are available for purchase in the following packs:

• Starter — 50 credits for 99 TL
• Plus — 150 credits for 249 TL
• Pro Pack — 500 credits for 749 TL

3.2 Credit Terms

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
• Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
• Each prompt improvement consumes one (1) credit, regardless of the improvement mode selected.

4. Free Tier

PromptFlow provides a free tier that includes:

• Unlimited prompt scoring — scoring is always free, with no daily limits.
• 3 free prompt improvements per day — the daily allowance resets at midnight (UTC). Unused free improvements do not carry over.

We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

• Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TL) and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
• We do not store your payment card information. All financial data is handled by Lemon Squeezy.

5.1 Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Since credits are delivered digitally and are immediately available for use, we cannot offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that results in lost credits, please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PromptFlow only for its intended purpose. The following activities are prohibited:

• Automated access — using bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Abuse of free tier — creating multiple accounts, manipulating device storage, or using other methods to exceed free-tier limits.
• Reverse engineering — decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the extension beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Harmful content — using the Service to generate, improve, or distribute prompts intended to produce illegal, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Interference — attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvention — bypassing or attempting to bypass any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The PromptFlow extension, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PromptFlow and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your prompts remain your own. We do not claim any ownership of the text you submit for scoring or improvement. However, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your prompt text through the Google Gemini API for the sole purpose of providing the improvement service.

8. Third-Party Services

PromptFlow integrates with third-party platforms (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude) and services (Google OAuth, Google Gemini API, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy). Your use of these platforms and services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy or reliability of prompt scores or improvements.
• Compatibility with future versions of supported platforms or the Chrome browser.

Prompt scores and improvements are generated by AI and are intended as suggestions. We do not guarantee that improved prompts will produce specific results on any AI platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PromptFlow and its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access to your account, or any third-party conduct.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using PromptFlow at any time by uninstalling the extension. To request deletion of your account and data, email [email protected].

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy.
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the Service entirely.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits in your account at the time of termination are forfeited and are non-refundable, unless the termination was due to our discontinuation of the Service, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to provide a pro-rata refund of unused purchased credits.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via the extension or email) of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
